Our History
With experience in the real estate and property management industries since 1998, I am the Owner/Operator of Dunn Deal Properties. I purchased my first Mississippi Gulf Coast investment property in 2004 and witnessed the power of the community first-hand through Hurricane Katrina. Immediately following Katrina, I was privileged to assist FEMA workers and property adjusters in finding places to rent, helping kick-start my business and contributing to the revival of the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast.
My company takes pride in premier customer service for guests and homeowners alike. Over the years, we have grown while preserving the kind of hometown hospitality you only find in the South. As a Real Estate Broker and owner, I’m proud to have my energetic daughter, Lexi, on our real estate team to assist buyers and sellers—whether for investment or to make the Mississippi Gulf Coast their next home.
On the property management side, I’m fortunate to work with three energetic team members—two local experts and another Mississippi native—who support every aspect of your stay, from quick getaways to military TDY and business travel. With many years of combined experience, our team is eager to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
