Would have preferred a higher floor. Disappointed in check in process. Showed up at gate and called manager for codes, etc. We never received an email regarding checking procedure, codes, parking, etc. Email was sent after arrival. Notified management company regarding kitchen pots and pans and filthy burnt pizza pan upon arrival. These items were unusable and never replaced during our one week stay. This was unacceptable as we were unable to cook. We've worked with other rental management agencies and they've addressed issues typically the next day. Wood plank flooring in kitchen had large gaps and could be a safety issue." (3/5)
